In 2023, there were 486 residential units sold through the Brandon Area REALTORS® with an average price of $310,242. These figures are inclusive of duplexes, single attached and detached homes, however, does not include condos or mobile homes.

The residential rental vacancy rate in Brandon for 2022 was 2.5%

The average apartment rental rates in 2022 in Brandon were as follows:
