Career Connections Inc. (CCI) is a non-profit agency dedicated to finding sustainable employment for persons with disabilities. Four Directions Employment Services is Brandon’s only Indigenous Employment agency, our mission is to provide and assist anyone with finding suitable employment or training, with an emphasis towards Indigenous people.

Services provided include creating resumes, cover letters, interview skills, job searching, filling out documentation, Dress for Success Clothing Closet program. we also operate a casual job referral program. All our services are free of charge.
