Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
On June 14th, 2019 the Government of Canada announced the City of Brandon was one of 11 communities across Canada approved for a new 3-year Immigration pilot. The new program will give rural employers the ability to directly select immigrants to hire in their businesses and will also give immigrants that meet the criteria, the ability to accept employment offers and make that community their permanent residence.
